Industrial buyers need a clear view of what a supplier can actually show. HaoRan Transmission uses supplied factory footage to document the production and inspection activity visible in the workshop, rather than replacing missing evidence with generic quality slogans. The footage shows the machines, parts and checks described below; it does not turn an image into a promise about a specific machine application.

What the factory footage shows

The supplied tour records CNC gear grinding on a Qinchuan YK7332A machine and CNC gear lapping on a YK2550 machine. It also shows gear metrology, component staging, assembled geared motors, cycloidal reducers and screw jacks. These views make the production sequence more concrete for a buyer preparing an industrial-drive enquiry.

What the footage does not establish

The footage is evidence of the activities and equipment visible in it. It does not by itself confirm a particular output value, material grade, service condition, machine fit or order-specific inspection result. Those questions stay with the applicable selection data, drawings, nameplate information and application review.

How buyers can use this evidence

Use the factory tour to understand the production and inspection context, then make the technical enquiry specific to the installed drive or new machine. State the gearbox family, driven equipment, mounting arrangement, destination and operating context. This gives the review a path from visible factory activity to the evidence required for the actual application.

For a mounting or family review, send your nameplate and application evidence separately. A nameplate, drawings and installation photographs remain the practical way to establish the interface that needs to be checked before quotation.
