Send Your Nameplate for a Mounting Review

Use this form when you are replacing an installed gearbox or preparing a new drive inquiry. A clear set of site evidence lets HaoRan Transmission review the installation interface before a quotation is prepared. The review confirms mounting dimensions; it is not a direct-replacement promise.

Send these four items

  • Nameplate photo — take a clear, straight-on image of the installed gearbox or geared motor nameplate.
  • Installation-site photo — include the drive, driven machine and surrounding connection points in the same view where possible.
  • Driven-equipment name — name the conveyor, mixer, pump, kiln, packaging machine or other equipment that the drive operates.
  • Available installation space — add photos, a drawing or notes showing available space around the mounting faces, shaft and motor.

If an item is not available, send the evidence you do have and state what is missing. The technical review can then identify the next drawing, measurement or operating detail required before quotation.

Short form, focused evidence

Only two fields are mandatory:

  1. Work email — where we can return the review questions and quotation-stage information.
  2. Photo upload — upload the nameplate photo and add installation-site photos in the same upload field whenever possible.

The driven-equipment name, available installation space and application notes are optional fields. They reduce follow-up questions, but they do not prevent you from starting the review.

What you get back

We reply within one business day.

And you get a specific answer, not a generic quotation: either a confirmed gearbox family and mounting interface recommendation, or a named list of the exact photos, drawings or measurements still required to complete the review.

Before you submit

Please avoid sending only a product name or a low-resolution screenshot. A designation can help identify a family, but it cannot establish flange geometry, shaft dimensions, housing orientation, mounting surface or clearance around the installed drive. A review based on the actual installation evidence protects both the buyer and the supplied assembly from an avoidable interface mismatch.

Use the form below to send the nameplate evidence and any installation details you already have.
